An education record is maintained for each student. The parent/guardian of students who are attending or have attended the district's schools have the right to inspect and review the education records of their students.

The district has adopted procedures for the granting of parental requests for access to the education records of their student. All information contained in a student's educational record, except information designated as directory information by the district, shall be confidential. Student educational records shall be accessible only as permitted under the federal regulations, as set forth in Regulation 2400: Student Records.

In respect of each family's special needs for privacy, families are to check with their child's teacher or the Early Childhood office before they take photos or videotape.
